Mailbox Rental for Personal
Our address and your name – With the personal mailbox rental service from City Mailing Address you can use our address to receive your mail including letters, packages and parcels which will be held awaiting collection (prefer forwarding click here). Each day that mail is receive we will send you an email to let you know, you can then call into branch to collect your mail..
As with all the services on offer at City Mailing Address the personal mailbox rental service includes a real street address with no box, flat or unit numbers. Just your name and our address. Great for those going travelling, living in share accommodation or simply require a safe and secure way to to receive your personal mail.
With the Personal Mailbox Rental service there are no mail handling fees or charges, receive as much or as little as you like in up to 4 individual names for a fixed monthly or annual fee. Collect any parcels within 1 week and there will be no storage fees either. Parcels stored for over 1 week will incur a 50p storage fee.
Business Mailbox Rental
Our address and your business name – With the business mailbox rental service from City Mailing Address you can use one of our address to receive your mail (business and personal) including letters, packages and parcels which will be held awaiting collection (prefer forwarding click here). Each day that you receive mail on your business mailbox rental service we will send you a quick email to let you know.

With the Business Mailbox Rental service there are no mail handling fees or charges, receive as much or as little as you like in up to 4 individual names and 2 business names, for a fixed monthly, quarterly or annual fee. Collect any parcels within 1 week and there will be no storage fees either. Parcels stored for over 1 week will incur a 50p storage fee due the additional storage space required.

What is mailbox rental?
The Mailbox Rental Service (also referred to as Mail Holding or Po Box) is a simple straight forward service. This will allow you to use one of our address to receive your mail which is held in a mailbox for you to collect.
What will my address be?
Unlike other providers City Mailing Address do not use box, suite or unit numbers on our Personal, Business or Corporate Mailbox Rental.
Your address will simply be our address with your name or business name.

How do I know I have maill?
Each of our Mailbox Rental services includes free notifications. Each time mail is received we will send you an email to let you know.
When can I collect my mail?
You can collect your mail during normal business hours which varies between location. Generally our locations are open 09:30 – 17:00 Mon – Thur and 09:30 – 16:30 Friday.
You can either collect yourself, send someone to collect on your behalf (letting us know first) or if you’d prefer mail forwarding please see our Mail Forwarding Service
Can I use a mailbox number if I want to?
Although mailbox numbers do not form part of your address, we do use them for internal mail sorting. If you’d prefer to use your mailbox number in your address you are free to do so.
How many names can be on my mailbox?
Each package has a different number of names included as standard which you can see in the comparison table above. You can however add additional names at a cost of just £1.00 per additional name per month.
Can I receive parcels?
Yes. Each of the Mailbox Rental services allow you to receive reasonably sized parcels up to Royal Mail medium size (61X46X46cm). which will be stored free of charge for 7 days. Once a parcel has been received we will let you know by email.
If you do not collect your parcel within 7 days a storage fee of 50p per parcel per day will be applied.
How do I signup?
Signing up to the Mailbox Rental Service is quick, easy and is all be done online.
Simply select the required service from the above comparison table and complete the short registration form.
Can I use the address as my registered address?
No. In order to use our address as the registered office of your company with Companies House you must order a registered address service.
Will you forward my mail onto me?
As standard with the mailbox rental service we will normally receive your mail and hold it in a mailbox until you collect. If you’d prefer mail forwarding you can visit our mail forwarding service page here,
However there may be occasions where you simply cannot get in to collect you mail. If would would like us to forward it simply drop us a quick email.
Is there a setup charge?
The mailbox rental services come with free online setup. Due to the added administrative work involved there is a £10.00 setup charge for telephone setup.
Is there a minimum term?
The Mailbox Rental Service is available on 3 options. Monthly in which case the minimum term is just 1 month, 3 monthly in which case the minimum term is 3 months and annual in which case the minimum term is one year.
