Your mail received and forwarded anywhere in the world. The Mail Forwarding service from City Mailing Address is by far the most popular service we offer and the most convenient for our customers. Each time mail is received it will be forwarded onto an address of your choice, anywhere in the world.
Your mail you choice. During the short signup process you will be asked to provide instructions on how we should forward your mail what method we should use and how frequently you’d like it forwarding (this can be changed at any time) Mail forwarding charges depend on the size and weight of the items being sent and where they are being sent to, this is charged at cost plus just 10p. Forwarding charges are pre-paid by way of a £15.00 deposit added to your account during signup.
Personal Mail Forwarding Service
Our address and your name – With the personal mail forwarding service from City Mailing Address you can use one of our real street addresses to receive your mail including letters, packages and parcels which will be forwarded onto an address of your choice anywhere in the world.
A real street address with no box, flat or unit numbers. Just your name and our address. Great for those in the middle of a move, lucky enough to be going travelling or simply require a safe and secure way to receive their mail.
With the Personal Mail Forwarding service you can receive as much or as little as you like in up to 4 individual names for a fixed monthly, quarterly or annual fee.
Business Mail Forwarding Service
Our address and your name or business name – With the business mail forward service from City Mailing Address you can use our address to receive your business and/or personal mail including letters, packages and parcels which will be forwarded onto an address of your choice anywhere in the world.

The Mail Forwarding Service is a simple straight forward virtual mailing address service, which will allow you to use our address to receive your mail. Any mail received on your behalf will be forwarded onto an address of your choice anywhere in the world.
What will my address be?
Unlike other providers City Mailing Address do not use box, suite or unit numbers on our Personal, Business or Corporate Mail Forwarding Service.
Your address will simply be our address with your name or business name.

Can I receive parcels?
Yes. Each of the Mail Forwarding Services allow you to receive reasonably sized parcels which will be forwarded onto you anywhere in the world.
Can I use the address as my registered address?
In order to use our address as the registered office of your company with Companies House you must order a registered address service.
Can I use the address as my service address?
In order to use the address as your directors service address this will need to be added as a separate service to your account. Please see our Directors Service Address page
Is there a setup charge?
The mail forwarding service comes with free online setup. Due to the added administrative work involved there is a £10.00 setup charge for telephone setup.
How do I signup?
Signing up to the Mail Forwarding Service is quick, easy and can all be done online.

Is there a minimum term?
The Mailbox Rental Service is available on 3 options. Monthly in which case the minimum term is just 1 month, 3 monthly in which case the minimum term is 3 months and annual in which case the minimum term is one year.
Around 1 week before your renewal date we will send an email. If you wish to renew, great simply click the link if you wish to cancel just let us know before the renewal date and we’ll get it cancelled. You may save time by choosing to save payment details including credit/debit card, PayPal or Direct Debit simply let us know you wish to cancel before your payment is initiate and we’ll get things stopped.
