What is the Mail Forward everything package
The Forward Everything Service is actually a package containing three of City Mailing Addresses most popular services. The Registered Address Service, Directors Service Address and the Mail Forwarding Service, all combined into one discounted package
What will my address be?
Unlike other providers City Mailing Address do not use box, suite or unit numbers on our Personal, Business or Corporate Mail Forwarding Service.
Your address will simply be our address with your name or business name.

How will my mail be forwarded
This is completely up to you. When signing up to one of our mail forwarding services you will be asked to tell us how you’d like your mail forwarding including

How frequently would you like your mail forwarding;
- Daily
- Twice a week
- Weekly
You can change these instructions at anytime.
All mail received on your behalf will be sent as one for example if you select weekly forwarding via first class mail, all mail received during the week will be combined into one larger envelope and forwarded as one, likewise should you choose scan to email, all mail will be scanned and sent as one multipage attachment
Can I receive parcels?
Yes. Each of the Mail Forwarding Services allow you to receive reasonably sized parcels which will be forwarded onto you anywhere in the world.
Can I use the address as my registered address?
Yes. The forward Everything package includes 12 months mail forwarding, 12 months registered office and 12 months directors service address.
This package has been designed to create a complete virtual address package.
Is there a setup charge?
The mail forwarding service comes with free online setup. Due to the added administrative work involved there is a £10.00 setup charge for telephone setup.
How do I signup?
Signing up to the Mail Forwarding Service is quick, easy and can all be done online.

Is there a minimum term?
The Mailbox Rental Service is available on 3 options. Monthly in which case the minimum term is just 1 month, 3 monthly in which case the minimum term is 3 months and annual in which case the minimum term is one year.
Around 1 week before your renewal date we will send an email. If you wish to renew, great simply click the link if you wish to cancel just let us know before the renewal date and we’ll get it cancelled.
