The Mailbox Lite service was introduced following a number of requests. Designed specifically for low volume users who cannot justify purchasing a standard service given their anticipated use.
The Mailbox Lite service is almost identical to our standard mail forwarding service but as the name suggests this is the “lite” option designed for those needing an address but don’t expect to receive much mail such as Ebay / Amazon traders, online businesses, individuals and those looking to secure listings in various online directories and local search engines.
Similar to the Mail Forwarding service the Mailbox Lite will allow you to use one of our addresses to receive your mail business and/or personal mail, in up to one business name and 2 personal names, which will be forwarded onto an address of your choice anywhere in the world. As this is the “Lite” option then it is limited to 34 items per year after which you would need to renew your mailbox lite or transfer onto a standard service.
Mailbox Lite – Small Business
Many small businesses are loosing out on the professional image achieved with a dedicated business address. If you would like to portray a more professional image by providing your customers and prospective customers with a dedicated business address but don’t anticipate on receiving much mail then the mailbox lite service may be for you.

What will my address be?
Unlike other providers City Mailing Address do not use box, suite or unit numbers on our Personal, Business or Corporate Mail Forwarding Service.
Your address will simply be our address with your name or business name.

What happens if I reach the 34 item limit?
We will let you know by email when you are nearing the 34 item per year limit. If you was to exceed this limit you would need to either renew your mailbox lite service or transfer onto a standard mail forwarding service.
Whether you simply renew your mailbox lite or transfer onto a standard account is completely up to you.
How will my mail be forwarded
This is completely up to you. When signing up to one of our mailbox lite services you will be asked to tell us how you’d like your mail forwarding including

You can change these instructions at anytime.
Can I receive parcels?
Yes. Each of the Mailbox Lite Services allows you to receive reasonably sized parcels which will be forwarded onto you anywhere in the world. Parcels and package count towards your 34 item per year limit
Can I use the address as my registered address?
In order to use our address as the registered office of your company with Companies House you must order a registered address service.
Is there a setup charge?
The mail forwarding service comes with free online setup. Due to the added administrative work involved there is a £10.00 setup charge for telephone setup.
How do I signup?
Signing up to the Mail Forwarding Service is quick, easy and can all be done online.

Is there a minimum term?
Although there is no obligation to continue using the service the Mailbox Lite service from City Mailing Address is available on an annual basis.
